Proclaims September 2025 as Suicide Prevention Awareness Month and September 10, 2025 as World Suicide Prevention Day in St. Charles Parish. Calls upon citizens, community agencies, faith groups, and businesses to coordinate efforts to implement evidence-based suicide prevention strategies.

Adopts updated five-year hazard mitigation plan identifying natural hazards and priority projects for the parish. Plan is required by FEMA for federal grant funding eligibility and serves as a working document updated throughout the five-year period.

Authorizes Parish President to send annual certification to Governor's Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness waiving land use and zoning regulations for temporary housing and shelter assistance during declared emergencies, consistent with post-hurricane disaster relief procedures.
