Approves and authorizes execution of a professional services agreement with McKim and Creed Inc to perform engineering services for the Oak Street Pump Station Improvements project as part of the East Bank Master Drainage Plan to develop a conceptual design for grant funding purposes.

Approves and authorizes execution of a contract with Farrier Construction Company LLC for the LA18 cast iron water main replacement phase 3 project to replace existing eight inch cast iron water line with new eight inch BBC along LA 18 in the Hahnville and Luling area for approximately 4,700 feet.

Approves and authorizes execution of a professional services agreement with Wagoner Engineering Inc to perform engineering services for the west bank lift station rehab project in the amount not to exceed $236,530.

Approves and authorizes execution of change order number 2 final for the West Bank Library Hurricane Ida repairs project to decrease the contract amount by $2,500.

Request to rezone Lot 8, Block 10 in Hahnville from R1A to R1AM on Horn Street, Council District 1. The motion to recommend approval failed; the final decision will be made by Parish Council.

Request to resubdivide three lots into four at Paul Mallard Road in Luling for New Jerusalem Holiness Church, with concerns about lot width requirements and existing setback violations.

Amendment to Section 20-E-1 of the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 to add general standards for new and replacement water supply systems to the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance. Addresses stormwater infiltration requirements.

Amendment to Section 20-B of the St. Charles Parish Zoning Ordinance of 1981 to add a definition of base flood elevation to the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance. Definition required by FEMA and already binding; this addition places the term in the required location in the code.

Resolution supporting transfer of Local Coastal Zone Management Advisory Committee functions to the Planning Commission for an interim period of up to 18 months or until the committee is reappointed. Covers coastal use permits and coastal zone management appeals.

Request by Lance Baker for AT&T for a waiver from maximum size and tax sign regulations in the Highway 90 Corridor Overlay Zone. Attached sign proposed at 53.125 square feet, exceeding the 11 square foot limit based on unit width.
