Approval of special permit use for non-residential accessory structure in open land zoning district at 2791 Highway 306 in Des Allemands. Structure will be used for motorhome storage behind adjacent commercial building.

Approval of home occupation permit for office-based business at 529 Longview Drive in industrial district. Work will be performed at client sites with no materials stored at home.

Approval of home occupation permit for fishing guide services at 16 Mustang Lane in St. Rose. The business will operate off-site with the residence serving as office and boat storage location.

Appoints Webb Jay to the St. Charles Parish Planning and Zoning Commission as the District 3 representative for a four-year term beginning May 31, 2025.

Establishes spatial requirements for wetlands district zoning including a 10-acre minimum parcel size and maximum lot coverage of 5 percent.

Amends the zoning ordinance to extend wet floodproofing exemption for small accessory structures from 144 square feet to 600 square feet, allowing standard two-car detached garages to be wet floodproofed without elevation requirements.

Approves and authorizes the Parish President to execute an act of sale from Anthony J. Zeller Sr. for the purchase of Lot 16, Block C, Oak Ridge Park Subdivision, for completion of drainage improvements on Kindler and Paul Frederick roadway.
