1. 2026-18-ZBA requested by St. Charles Parish Department of Recreation to waive the required tree plantings and permanent dust-free parking for a boat launch, WPA Road, Des Allemands, Zoning District O-L and R-1A(M). Council District 4.
2. 2026-19-ZBA requested by Evan A Schaubhut and James A Roberts to reduce the minimum building elevation from 6ft. NAVD88 to 12” above the centerline of the street for proposed commercial buildings to provide boat and RV storage. US Highway 90, Zoning District C-3, Council District 4.
3. 2026-20-ZBA requested by Robert & Emily List to reduce the required setback for a generator, Savanna Drive, Luling, Zoning District R-1A. Council District 2.
