Ratify approval to send two (2) NENA scholarship recipients, Training Manager Lacy Perrin, and Shift Manager Keia Taylor to the Center Manager Certification Program at The Realm - Global Medical Response Center in Lewisville, TX, November 9th through November 13th, 2026. Total cost for meals, lodging and airfare is $5,133.64 with a scholarship reimbursement of $2,915.00 for a total conference cost of $2,218.64. B. Ratify approval of annual support and maintenance services for Guardian Software and Hardware for the Solacom telephone system with Allerium for the coverage period of 7-13-2026 through 7-12-2027 in the amount f $65,247.40. C. Hold Special Election for the office of Secretary/Treasurer to fill the unexpired term of Captain Johnny Bourgeois that will end on December 31, 2026.
